These terms and conditions of Use (hereinafter referred as “T&C”) describe and govern the user’s use of the content and services offered by The August Company (DusBus Namkaran) through www.dusbusnamkaran.in (hereinafter referred as “We” “DusBus” “us” “our” “DusBus Namkaran “Website”).The T&C also extend to your usage of our services through further communication with us through whatsapp, phone call and facebook, instagram messenger applications.
Updation
We retain the right to update/amend/modify these T&C from time to time. The User is responsible to check the T&C periodically to remain in compliance with these T&C.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The DusBus Namkaran website is an internet-based portal having its existence on the World Wide Web, Application and other electronic medium and provides naming services, numerological and astrological content, reports, data, telephone, video and email consultations (hereinafter referred as “Content”). We offer “Free Services” and “Paid Services” (hereafter collectively referred to as “Services”). Free Services are easily accessible without making any payment and/or registration. Howeve, for availing our personalised Naming, Numerology and Astrological services and/or receive additional Content and get access to Paid Services, you will be required to make a payment through our payment partner, Razor Pay or through other commonly available payment methods such as UPI and bank transfer.
- All our plans contain a specific number of Name recommendations. Please read this number carefully before purchasing the plan. In general, our plans include 10 to 15 names each.
- Payment once made is non-refundable.
While for each plan, we try our best to come up with a name to our client’s liking, we cannot, in way, guarantee this. - All our comments and advice on Astrology and Numerology are thought through and checked. But human errors are possible, and we cannot be held responsible for any consequences arising out of this.
- Both Astrology and Numerology are predictive sciences and their results can neither be guaranteed, nor are they necessarily always humanly visible. Please keep this in mind before purchasing any our packages.
